What changes is the speed of your rolls and the number of iframes you get. Lighter load, faster roll, more iframes. The result is that there's really no build that isn't going to end up with enough endurance to wear all but the heaviest of armor sets and still medium roll. They also should go back to having light equip weight allow you to run slightly faster. There just isn't enough benefit to justify the loss in damage absorption.
