Anyone having issues with Sync? 2020 F150. For the past few weeks my sync system has been nothing but trouble. I park my truck and when I go back out I get this screen. It changes the Sirius station to the radio ID channel and deletes two banks of my presets. I have to go back into settings to recover the 2 presets everytime I get into the truck.

I attempted to update my sync software in my 2013 F150 and now my navigation is telling me to insert an sd card when there is already one installed. I tried removing the sd card and reinstalling it and it keeps telling me the same thing, insert sd card. The system may need to be restarted.
