Platoon is a very scary movie. It’s not scary in the sense that ghosts appear and stuff, but it’s scary in the sense that things like what happen in the movie probably actually happened during the Vietnam War or other wars. The reality of a situation like the one in Platoon is really what drives this movie for me.
