I ordered from the app yesterday morning, order accepted and payment taken, and when I got to the store they were temporarily closed. This has happened a few times for me and usually I’m able to find a Dunkin’ customer service chat that’s automated and get a refund or a free drink but I can’t seem to find it.Tipping. On Sunday December 3rd I ordered a hot chocolate box or Joe and a dozen assorted donuts through the mobile app. Go to pick them up. Drop in a tip and wait for what looks like my order at the pick up counter. After 15 min I asked about my order only to be told that branch is out of boxes for the box of Joe and literally has 2 holiday donuts left.I did complain to the customer team about unpleasant experience at the store about 2 weeks ago, they did refund me for an item, and since then my mobile app says it can’t connect to the store. To any store at all. If I order at the register - app can see that order perfectly. Reinstalling the app won’t help. Looks like a ban.
